I never planned to run.
I didn’t even like it.
One day, someone told me, “You should try running.”
I was curious… so I did.
That small decision changed everything.
Now, I run 7 to 10 miles a day.
I completed the LA Full Marathon,
and I’m aiming for a Sub 4 at Long Beach Marathon.
In 1 year and 5 months, I lost 15 pounds
and became healthier than ever.
